The other side of Hyper automation – Robotic process automation (RPA)

It is life. We enjoy what we do. We are natural and our experience with some of our customers and users made us to write this.

Whenever we meet a client with their IT team and we introduce ourselves as a natural breed hyper automation specialist we get this type of reaction. Truly !

However, we have to hold our ground and we smile sometime giggle and many times we ask for water!Though the beginning is like that, the ongoing conversation makes us very jittery. The first question from the business owner will be like this!

He will add that, We will provide you “ALL NECESSARY” things, like above, however, our proof of value should be FREE!

We once again giggle and we sideline the question as if we are deaf! But next reaction will be…

We start our presentation, that data is “IMPORTANT” and that too correct data is paramount to set the process by rules and our BRIM will handle any volume of data at an ease. Then this will be the expression from the Team leader of the IT Team !

After convincing them we start our assessment! The entire team members of the organisation need to support our assessment to understand the culture! The existing difficulties and the need for hyper automation. Most of the incidents will be :-

We collect our assessment documents and interviews and all other necessary hardware, software, the roles and responsibilities and the key performance indicators along with the top line performance and bottom line gains and existing system analysis along with the reports they provide to the leaders and users from time to time, how their performance is appraised, along with the decision making process etc.. During our team discussion about the entire assessment we have this issue…

Our CEO will look at us and ask us to present….

Then we have unique programmer who sets the rule based RPA that may help client, he understands as per standards and he will present the hyper automation. We have one extremist analyst and domain expert his reaction will be...

Once we conclude ourselves with necessary RPA, that will be very delightful to the client and we check at our lab along with some available meta data and we arrive our hypothesis. The cost effectiveness calculation and decision making drive along with how this implementation will be the game changer to the user. We present our model and the discussion at that room will be..

In many cases, we enjoy the entire process.

Think You too!

Orchestrating Growth

The  Interactive Symphony of Digital Transformation and Leadership In a world where candle makers evolved into bulb manufacturers and carriage-makers transformed into car producers, the relentless tide of digitization silently reshapes industries. We stand on the precipice of a transformative era, where technology intertwines with data, analytics, and robotic process automation.   As the maestros of this digital symphony, Dataception explores the multifaceted forces driving innovation. Today, we embark on a journey through the realms of leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the creation of value. The Unseen Revolution: Digitization, like a silent revolution, reshapes structures imperceptibly. Comparable to the transition from candles to bulbs, this shift is profound, often escaping immediate notice. In this transformative era, technology is not merely a tool but the very medium through which industries communicate, evolve, and thrive. The Evolution of Demand: ...

Stuck in a Logic Box? Get Outta Here, Boss!

Remember that time you thought launching a samosa-flavored ice cream was the next Amul revolution? Or when you poured your life savings into a betel leaf toothpaste startup? Yeah, we've all been there, trapped in the dreaded logic box. But fret not, my desi entrepreneur friend! Today, we're busting that box wide open and learning to think like a Warren Buffett, not a buffalo in a logic maze. So, what's this "logic box" business, you ask? It's like the shaadi ka season pressure of choosing the "best" suitor – you compare looks, dowry, and family lineage, all within the confines of society's expectations. But what if the whole concept of arranged marriage is flawed? You're stuck in the box, making a smart choice within a bad system.                                          ...

Agile or Iterative approach : Finding the right balance

Our prospect is an auditor firm. They are providing professional service for more than 4 decades and they have significant high value clients. We approached them for our Dataceptions’ services including RPA. The discussions lead to many important approaches and we submit our view for very practical purposes. Approaching Digital Transformation and Process Automation a more agile or iterative approach. Pros: Agility and Speed: Approaching digital transformation without extensive documentation allows for quicker implementation, addressing immediate needs and adapting to changes rapidly. User Feedback: Early engagement with end-users during the trial phase provides valuable feedback, ensuring the final solution aligns closely with user needs. Risk Identification: Identifying risks early in the process allows for timely adjustments and mitigations, reducing the potential for major setbacks. Learning by Doing: Hands-on experience through trial and error can provide insight...
